With a Chartered Accountancy qualification from KPMG in 2004, Piers's move into the property sector saw him take the helm at Mortar Capital as Chief Executive.
Mortar Capital is the residential arm of the multi-asset fund management group, Pacific Investments, where he previously held a directorship. In addition to being the principal developer, it also provides joint venture equity and debt financing to experienced property developers.
Piers has also taken his expertise across the pond, starting Red River USA LP, a partnership designed to acquire, refurbish and tenant single family homes in Miami.
Piers has also established Trinity River Developments, a joint venture fund which acquires prime greenfield sites in and around Dublin, with a view to building and selling houses.
